This IGBT utilizes the advanced PowerMESH™ process resulting in an excellent trade-off between switching performance and low on-state behavior.

Features
■ Optimized performance for medium operating frequencies up to 5 kHz in hard switching
■ Low on-voltage drop (VCE(sat))

Applications
■ Motor drive
