■ LOW INTRINSIC CAPACITANCE
■ GATE CHARGE MINIMIZED
■ REDUCED VOLTAGE SPREAD

APPLICATIONS
■ HIGH CURRENT, HIGH SPEED SWITCHING
■ SWITCH MODE POWER SUPPLY (SMPS)
■ DC-AC CONVERTER FOR WELDING EQUIPMENT AND UNINTERRUPTABLE POWER SUPPLY AND MOTOR DRIVE
