 Description
The DIA221X series is a device integrates a high-side
current-sense amplifier, a comparator and a voltage
reference. The wide common-mode voltage range
from -0.1 V to 75 V enables the device to be used in
various applications. The common mode voltage is
independent of the supply voltage. The total output
error is as low as 1% over temperature, which greatly
improves the accuracy and simplifies the design of
system.
The DIA221X series is integrated with an open-drain
comparator and internal reference at 0.6 V voltage.
The comparator includes a latching capability, and
can be made transparent by grounding the

The DIA221X series operates from single 3 V to 40 V
supply under -40°C to 125°C, with a maximum supply
current of 620 μA.
