n High Efficiency at High Frequency
n Ultrafast Transient Response: 1μs
n Fast Minimum Switch On-Time: 15ns
n Input Voltage Range: 2.7V to 18V
n Output Voltage Range: 0V to (PVIN - 0.5V)
n 8A Maximum Continuous Output Current
n Precision Reference: ± 0.8% Over Temperature
with Remote Sense
n Supports Dynamic Output Voltage Control
n PolyPhase® Operation: Up to 12 Phases
n Forced Continuous Mode Capability
n Adjustable and Synchronizable: 300kHz to 4MHz
n Programmable Power Good
n Small 20-Lead 4mm × 3mm (LT8625SP) or 24-Lead
4mm × 4mm (LT8625SP-1) LQFN Exposed Back
