- Up to 83% Efficiency at 5mA Light Load
- Proprietary Gate Driver Design for Best EMI Reduction
- Protection Circuitry
- Undervoltage Lockout (UVLO)
- Cycle-by-Cycle Valley Current Limit
- Thermal Shutdown
