• Fast Fall Time for switching speeds
   up to 20 kHz
• 2nd generation HDMOSTM process
• Low VCE(sat)
   - for minimum on-state conduction losses
• MOS Gate turn-on
   - drive simplicity

Applications
• AC motor speed control

• Uninterruptible power supplies (UPS)
