# STPS6045CP/CPI/CW Schottky Rectifier
## Features
· Dual center tap Schottky rectifier
· Suitable for switchmode power supply & DC-DC converters
· Low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, polarity protection
· Very small conduction losses
· Negligible switching losses
· Extreme fast switching
· Low thermal resistance

· IF(AV) (Average forward current): 2x30 A (per diode)
· IFSM (Surge non-repetitive forward current): 400 A (tp=10ms)
